🚨 Important Holiday Ordering Guide 🚨
In order to best provide for all of our beloved customers, please help us by following this guide
🎁 Christmas and New Years Preorders
- Limited Orders & Back Parking Lot Pickup (12/23-24, 12/31): We are taking a limited number of orders for back parking lot pickup, restricted to items that need to be premade, such as hot cooked lobsters, platters and large volume shucked shellfish. Please see our menu for items that apply.
- Hard to Get Items: These may be reserved and picked up in the store; these items will also be noted on the menu. Please note that reserved items are not guaranteed (as the ocean does not always provide), but we will use our best efforts to procure them.
⏰ Pickup and Ordering Details
- Pickup Time Slots: Pickup times will be limited. We can only fulfill so many orders per hour, so once a time slot is filled it will be closed.
- Order Bundling: If you have a preorder item, we will bundle all your other items together for pickup. Please note we may not be able to take short notice (day of) changes to orders. If you forgot something you may need to cue to pick up in store.
- IMPORTANT: Standard Items DO NOT NEED TO BE ORDERED. Items such as cooked shrimp, clams, crabmeat, and almost all of the standard fish **DO NOT NEED TO BE ORDERED.** We will be buying appropriately to fulfill the volume required, and we will not be accepting orders for these items. All will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
- NOTE ON LINES: **THERE WILL BE A LINE WHEN YOU COME TO BUY**. However it is much more efficient to serve everyone this way. The resources used to prepare them as PRE-orders is too great and in turn leads to longer wait times for everyone.

💳 Logistics and Payment
- Entry Policy: There will be **no back door entry** allowed on December 23rd, 24th, and 31st. There will be signs posted to the cut through to get to the front door. You may exit thru the back.
- Payment & Confirmation: Credit card info will be needed to place a pickup order, please **do not email your card info**; we will call to get it once the order is confirmed. Orders are not confirmed until card info is verified. We will be charging the estimated order value within 2 days of order being placed. Any discrepancies (over or under) will be charged or credited on the 24th or 26th.
- Reserved Items: Reserve items will also require credit card info to be held on file. When picking up in the store, make sure to pick up from the **reserve order**. **Reserve items not picked up from the reserve list will be charged!!!!** Please tell the clerk helping you that you had the item reserved and do not just order it off the counter without giving your name.
- ORDER NUMBER REQUIRED: For all orders, you will be given an order number. You **must** use this number when picking up your order, or if you need to make changes or inquiries.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU!!!!
